Injury Lawyers of Illinois is the personal injury law firm attorneys recommend when their friends ask for referrals.
For more than a decade, Injury Lawyers of Illinois has distinguished itself as efficient, effective advocates who deliver results and superior customer service to its clients. We focus on getting quick resolutions to individuals injured in the state of Illinois. Whether you were injured in an auto accident, lost a loved one due to another person’s negligence, or were hurt on the job, Injury Lawyers of Illinois offers the attentive and experienced guidance you need to recover compensation for your damages.
Our reputation for aggressive advocacy, integrity and the relationships we’ve established serve us well when litigating cases. These relationships increase our efficiency; we spend less time establishing our credentials and more time working on your behalf.
Opponents and judges know we come prepared and are not afraid to litigate if that will protect our clients’ rights to recover damages for their injuries. This staunch client advocacy has earned the respect of clients, lawyers, insurance adjusters, and judges. And it enables us to reach settlements quickly, helping our clients get closer to whole sooner.
As the survivor of a life-threatening car accident, Tony S. Kalogerakos, Injury Lawyers of Illinois' principal and founding attorney, has been in the shoes of many of his clients. He knows what it feels like to worry about returning to life after an accident, to juggle medical and household obligations, to endure the pain and suffering that accompanies a lifestyle disruption due to an injury.
This unique perspective further fuels his determination to protect the rights of the injured. His compassionate and impassioned advocacy for his clients is a tangible asset that clients appreciate and judges and adversaries respect. The results he's obtained for his clients have earned him peer recognition as a 2018 Illinois Emerging Lawyer, an honor accorded to attorneys under age 40 who have practiced law for 10 or fewer years. Only 2 percent of attorneys licensed to practice in the state have earned this distinction.
Kalogerakos' advocacy extends beyond the courtroom. He helped found and serves as president of the Assyrian-American Bar Association. The organization's priorities include expanding professional development opportunities for Assyrian-American attorneys and mentoring youths who express interest in joining the legal profession.
In addition, Kalogerakos has been appointed to serve on the Illinois State Bar Association's Standing Committee for Judicial Evaluations-Cook County. This committee evaluates the credentials of judicial candidates for the Illinois Supreme Court, intermediate appellate, and all trial courts; it also makes fitness recommendations for sitting judges seeking retention and those running for initial terms.
