Victims of Isis

Assyrian, Chaldean, And Suryoye Individuals May Have Legal Rights.

Our New York office is exploring a potential lawsuit against Lafarge S.A. and certain subsidiaries for their support of ISIS and Al-Nusrah Front between approximately 2013 and 2014. In 2022, Lafarge pled guilty in U.S. federal court to conspiring to provide millions of dollars to these terrorist organizations, helping fund their acts of terrorism and paid over $775 million in fines and forfeiture to the US Government.

Following this plea, victims of ISIS and ANF have filed civil lawsuits under the U.S. Anti-Terrorism Act, which allows victims of international terrorism to sue those who supported it. A recent court ruling clarified that plaintiffs do not need to have been U.S. citizens at the time of the attacks, only at the time the lawsuit is filed. We believe this ruling may make it easier for members of the Assyrian, Chaldean, and Suryoye communities to bring similar claims.

If you are a U.S. citizen and you or a family member suffered a serious injury due to ISIS, we would like to speak with you about the possibility of joining this litigation. While no outcome can be guaranteed, we believe we have a strong case.

Please fill out the form, only if you meet the following requirements:

  • YOU MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN NOW. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • You or an immediate family member must have been harmed by ISIS or ANF.
  • And you are willing to speak confidentially with counsel about the details.

Victims of terrorism, estates of deceased victims, and immediate family members who suffered emotional or economic harm may also bring claims. The victim does not need to have been a U.S. citizen, only the family member filing the claim must be a U.S. citizen.

Individuals who suffered serious physical injury, loss of consortium, or lost a loved one as a result of these actions may be eligible to bring a claim.

The primary date range is approximately 2012–2017. However, individuals harmed by ISIS or ANF outside that timeframe may still be encouraged to come forward.

Claims may arise from attacks in Iraq or Syria, and potentially elsewhere, as long as ISIS was responsible for the attack.

At this time, please do not call our office or any cell phone numbers. Due to the anticipated high volume of inquiries, we kindly request that all interested individuals complete the Eligibility Checklist below. Your response will be received automatically, and we will follow up within 48 hours of receipt.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

  • Estates of deceased victims may also qualify.
  • Individuals who suffered serious injury, or if an immediate family member was harmed or killed may also qualify.
  • In these cases, the direct victim does not need to be a U.S. citizen. As long as the affected family member bringing the claim is a U.S. citizen, there may still be a valid claim.

However, if you or your family were impacted outside of this period by ISIS or ANF and are willing to come forward, we are still open to speaking with you confidentially.
