Anita Zildzic owns the calming voice clients hear when they call the headquarters of Tony S. Kalogerakos, Esq.-Injury Lawyers of Illinois. In addition to her duties as a personal injury Litigation Assistant, she manages the switchboard, welcomes clients, and ensures that the first impression new and returning clients get reflects positively on the firm.

Her duties touch the gamut of the client experience: processing health liens, researching policy limits, disbursing settlements, assisting with mailings, and organizing bills. Anita brings an exacting level of detail, organizational and communications skills to her work, all of which are required to maintain accurate client records. Her comprehensive client support work and great rapport with medical providers is essential to ensuring each client file is complete before it closes.

Anita and her family came to the US as refugees from Bosnia in 1995; she speaks Bosnian, Croatian, and Serbian. Prior to joining Tony S. Kalogerakos, Esq.-Injury Lawyers, she worked at the Chicago Department of Health providing services to immigrant families. The experience of dealing with diverse cultures serves her well in her current job. The doting grandmother of five is an avid collector of pens—at last count, she has more than 5,000. Reading authors from her native Bosnia and shopping are her favorite activities.
